Simon began his career developing military communication systems before traversing BT from systems to strategy when he was given the opportunity to lead Business Services at Comcast. Hereafter he joined professional services and went on spend nearly a decade with KPMG before becoming Group Head of Digital (Comms) at FirstGroup. His journey kicked off in deep technology, passed product development, marketing and sale to corporate strategy, business transformation and back again to innovation. Digital technology and business transformation have long since been at heart of all he has achieved.
