Jude Parsons, Head of Assets (Signalling) at Network Rail
Jude Parsons is Route Head of Assets (Signalling) for the South Eastern Railway within Network Rail’s Southern Region. He is responsible for the management, performance and strategic development of signalling assets across one of the UK’s busiest rail networks. Jude has over two decades of experience in railway signalling, asset management and engineering leadership. His current focus includes digital railway technologies, remote condition monitoring, datalogging, reliability-centred maintenance and the use of asset intelligence to improve safety, performance and whole-life asset management. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (FIRSE) and is passionate about applying data-driven approaches to support the future railway.
James Page is Senior Product Manager for the Tracsis Assets portfolio, where he leads the strategic roadmap for remote condition monitoring across signalling, trackside and other critical rail assets. With deep experience in machine learning and software products, his latest work focuses on using rich, real-world asset data to detect early signs of degradation, predict failures and support safer, more cost-effective maintenance decisions at scale.
He is focused on building products that deliver genuine value for front-line teams, ensuring asset monitoring translates into reduced downtime and more resilient operations.
Lily Hashemi is a Senior Product Manager at KONUX, where she has spent the past two years developing solutions for railway switch and crossing monitoring. She holds a master’s degree in Human-Technology Interaction and brings an interdisciplinary perspective to the design of reliable, trustworthy and user-centred systems. Her particular interest lies in how people and intelligent technologies can collaborate effectively in safety-critical environments, especially rail, to support better decisions, safer operations and more trustworthy innovation across the industry for passengers and operators.
