Devina Pasta is CEO of Siemens Mobility Software, where she leads a portfolio of digital solutions that transform public transport and rail to a more passenger-centric and sustainable future. Her focus is on helping operators improve capacity, reliability, efficiency and passenger experience through software, data and artificial intelligence.

Before her current role, Devina held various senior leadership positions across Siemens in product development, sales, strategy and digital transformation, including shaping Siemens’ company-wide digitalisation strategy and serving as Chief Digitalization Technology & Strategy Officer at Siemens Mobility. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a Handelsblatt “Thought Leader” and London Tech Week “Change Maker” and is actively committed to advancing diversity in technology and mentoring young talent.
