Under the contract, ABM will deliver train and station cleaning, office cleaning, depot services and support for the depot shuttle bus operation.

The company said the partnership will use digital workforce management systems, operational reporting tools and real time performance data to improve service visibility and operational efficiency.

ABM has deployed 200 employees across Eurostar locations and is providing 24 hour operational support for the international rail operator.

Richard Sykes said the company’s experience across major transport hubs would support consistent service delivery in a complex rail environment.

He highlighted ABM’s work across locations including Heathrow Airport and the London Underground network as examples of the company’s operational expertise.

The contract will also incorporate environmentally responsible cleaning practices and data led sustainability reporting aligned with Eurostar’s environmental and ESG objectives.

ABM recently joined the Rail Forum as part of wider expansion plans across the rail, maritime and bus sectors.
