Daniel Gradl

Daniel Gradl is President of Wabtec Corporation’s Brakes & Couplers product lines. With more than 20 years in transportation and industrial systems, he has held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia, specialising in friction technology, brake systems, and strategic product development. Previously, he served as Vice President, Business Unit Friction, and Managing Director Germany Brakes, driving innovation and operational excellence. He holds degrees in economics, general management, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, and customer-centric supply chain leadership.
