Lee Christopher is a Senior Product Manager at Tracsis, where she leads the company’s Ticketing products encompassing Fare Calculation, Mobile Ticketing, Revenue Protection and Passenger Compensation solutions. With over a decade of experience in the transport ticketing industry, she has worked across the full ecosystem of hardware and software, including ticket machines, validators, customer facing applications, business support platforms, and ITSO technologies.

Lee began her career in the transport industry as a systems analyst specialising in ITSO systems, before progressing into product management roles focused on enhancing passenger experience, operational efficiency, and revenue security across the transport sector. At Tracsis, she manages a growing team of product professionals and plays a central role in shaping the company’s ticketing strategy. She is currently leading the development of nextgeneration ticketing capabilities designed to expand Tracsis’ offering across all modes of transport, both in the UK and internationally.
