Toufic Machnouk

Toufic Machnouk is Managing Director of GBRX, the strategic innovation body for Britain's railway, which works to advance the adoption of new technology across track and train. He previously created and led the Industry Partnership for Digital Railway, mobilising the largest partnership in the sector to deliver a multi-billion-pound investment portfolio. His teams have received industry awards for collaboration and delivering complex change. He holds an engineering design degree and an executive MBA from the University of Bath.
