TFG Transfracht has unveiled E-Services+, a customer-focused digital platform that streamlines booking, shipment tracking and transport planning across its combined transport network.

TFG Transfracht has launched E-Services+, a new digital platform designed to simplify transport booking, improve shipment visibility and strengthen planning capabilities for customers using its combined transport services.
Available from 20 July 2026, the platform brings together key functions for booking, planning and shipment tracking in a single application. Unlike standard software solutions, E-Services+ was developed entirely in-house, with selected customers contributing to its design to ensure it reflects day-to-day operational requirements.
The platform is intended for shippers, freight forwarders and logistics providers, offering a more efficient way to manage rail and road transport through a single digital interface.
New tools improve visibility and planning
At the centre of E-Services+ is a redesigned booking system featuring simplified input forms, integrated validation functions and templates for recurring shipments. A booking archive also enables users to access and review previous transport orders more easily.
The platform’s enhanced track-and-trace functionality provides customers with detailed status updates throughout the supply chain, allowing them to monitor both rail and road shipments in real time. Customisable transport notifications can also be configured to deliver shipment-specific updates.
To improve planning, timetable information is directly linked with available transport capacity. Customers can view available departures during the booking process, enabling them to make faster decisions and optimise transport schedules based on current capacity.
TFG Transfracht has also focused on security and scalability. The platform is built on a high-performance system architecture designed to support the secure handling of customer data while providing a foundation for future digital developments.
To ensure a smooth transition, the company’s existing e-services platform will continue operating alongside E-Services+ until 15 August 2026. During this period, bookings and shipment information will be synchronised automatically between both systems, allowing customers to continue operations without disruption.
With the launch of E-Services+, TFG Transfracht aims to strengthen digital customer interaction while providing a future-ready platform that combines greater efficiency, transparency and ease of use across combined transport operations.
