Norman is Marketing Director for the Huawei Enterprise Business Group Transport Sector where he is responsible for the development of Huawei’s strategies for ICT innovation in the transport industry as well as for the business development of Huawei’s transportation portfolio covering Rail, Aviation, Road and Seaports. With an industry know-how of over 31 years in the management of telecommunication solutions, he guides global and regional teams in the digital transformation of the transportation industry. Norman joined Huawei Enterprise Business Group in 2009. Prior to joining Huawei, heheld various positions in the telecommunication industry with mobile carriers, manufacturers, the German Ministry of Telecommunications, and the German Railways. He was Founder and Chairman of the eLTE Industry Association, Speaker of the GSM-R Industry Group and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Railway Signal Engineers, IRSE.
