Irena is director of data and analytics architecture at Amtrak. Prior to Amtrak Irena was a head of data strategy and policy team at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors where she led development of the Board’s first data strategy and efforts to improve data governance and data discoverability. Prior to the Board, Irena worked at Deloitte Consulting, as an independent information management consultant with several Department of Defense agencies, and as a data architect for several startups.

Modeste Muhire, Principal, SHARP CADD

Modest Muhire
Modeste Muhire (Mo) is a professional civil engineer licensed in both the USA and Canadian jurisdictions. He is currently the Principal at SHARP CADD, a civil engineering firm based in Niagara Falls, Canada. A champion for digital integration in civil engineering, he hosts ” Civil Engineering 5.0″ podcast dedicated to this theme. Further, he is a Bentley Accredited i-Twin Developer. With a background in GIS, he served as a consultant for a NASA program, assisting in the analysis of satellite data. Mo has extensive experience in designing railroad tracks for class I railroads in the United States of America.

Andrew Parker, Solution Owner at Arcadis

Andrew ParkerAndrew leads implementations of digital Asset Management solutions to physical assets in the Rail Industry. He has worked in global projects involving business transformation; change management; testing and training new features of software; identifying value improvement and data improvement opportunities. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney.

Thomas Knowles – Maximo Product Manager at IBM Sustainability Software

Thomas KnowlesCurrently, the Maximo Product Designer at IBM is responsible for several Maximo solutions, including Maximo Civil Infrastructure, Maximo Service Providers, Maximo Aviation, and Maximo BIM. The primary focus is on designing and delivering new features for Maximo, particularly those related to asset management in the Civil Infrastructure sector.
