The Big Rail Diversity Challenge is a cross between “It’s a Knockout” and “Krypton Factor”; an event created to provide participants with the opportunity to network, team build and fundraise through a series of challenges to showcase men and women performing in roles which are perceived as “non-traditional”. The event is also used to deliver the Women in Rail undertaking by showing that gender diverse teams raise awareness for women working across the rail industry and the business benefit attained when companies improve gender balance.

Following the tremendous success and feedback from the 2017 Big Rail Diversity Challenge, where over 450 rail industry personnel attended the second annual event, Women in Rail and event organisers, Nimble Media Ltd are delighted to announce the Big Rail Diversity Challenge 2018 will return on Thursday 7th June at Peterborough Arena.
