Neil Micklethwaite joins CBS Outdoor UK as Franchise Director

CBS Outdoor UK today announces that Neil Micklethwaite is to join the company as Franchise Director, following an expansion of the company’s franchise and asset division. He joins from his previous role as Customer Service & Commercial Director at FGW, Firstgroup plc, where he was responsible for delivering £700 million worth of revenue.

In his new role, Micklethwaite will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with bus and national rail partners in addition to developing value added services for partners and the business.

Micklethwaite takes over from Jason Cotterrell, who has been promoted to Director of Franchise & Asset Strategy. Jason will now lead the Franchise team with a particular focus on shaping future franchise partner strategy and the diversification of the asset and product portfolio. This move demonstrates the company’s emphasis on franchise development and the new structure indicates that this is a growth area for CBS Outdoor UK.
