Ultimate Europe continues expansion with new site in Austria

Ultimate Europe, with its headquarters in Amstetten, Germany, is continuing its expansion and is investing €12 million in its new site in St. Georgen am Ybbsfeld, Austria.

Ultimate Europe was founded in 2003 and develops, services and sells automatic door systems, gangways and interior fittings for rail vehicles.

The company currently employs 125 staff at three locations in the Amstetten area. This new amalgamation will create a modern, future-oriented office complex for up to 220 employees.

In total, new offices, production, research and development areas as well as a product showroom for customers will be created on an area of approximately 18,000m². Ultimate Europe is investing €12 million in the new site in the cadastral municipality of Leutzmanndorf (St. Georgen am Ybbsfeld).

Together with the regional general contractor Planraum, and under the supervision of architect Jörg Stadlbauer, an environmentally-friendly office complex with a heat pump and photovoltaic system will be built. In addition to green outdoor areas and an atrium, employees will also have their own fitness area and sufficient vehicle e-charging stations at their disposal.

Construction is scheduled to start in February 2021 with completion by February 2022.

The hoped-for increase in efficiency through the merging of the locations, as well as the resulting development potential, will help Ultimate Europe to achieve an annual turnover of €100-120 million in the next five years. The investment in the new building will also create additional regional jobs in various fields.
