Recorded at the Rail Industry Association’s Innovation Summit in Wales, the first part of this podcast features Milda’s keynote presentation on RIA’s blueprint to enhance the UK railway’s ticketing and retail offer, in order to meet the aspirations of the Government’s “Plan for Rail”, boost ridership, enable decarbonisation and drive revenue growth.
Elizabeth Jordan and Emily Budgen caught up with Milda afterwards to find out more about her thoughts on the future of ticketing in rail and where she hopes the industry might be heading.
